How to upload a document and download your table

Sign in, choose a workspace and select Upload a document. You can select a file from your device or take a photo, review what Rahunko found against the original page, correct anything unclear and download the result.

Upload a document

01Sign in and choose where to save the file

Sign in to Rahunko, select the workspace for the document and select Upload a document. Your files and exports stay with that workspace.

  • Use the same account when you return to a document.
  • Choose a business or personal workspace before uploading.
  • The page shows the document and its review status together.

02Upload a PDF or take a photo

Choose a PDF, PNG or JPEG from your device, or allow the camera after you press the capture button. Place the page flat, keep the text in focus and take another photo if glare or shadows hide a value.

  • Digital PDFs, scans and phone photos use the same upload flow.
  • You can review the original page before downloading the result.
  • A clear, flat page gives you an easier review.

03Review what was read

Open the extracted fields beside the original page. Check the merchant or supplier, dates, amounts, currency, balances and line items. Correct any field that does not match the document.

  • Unclear text stays visible for you to correct.
  • Totals and balances are checked when the needed values are present.
  • Finish the review when the table matches the source.

04Practical limits

Upload documents up to 25 MiB and 50 pages. For a longer document, split the PDF into smaller files. If a photo is too large or blurry, try a clearer image at a lower resolution.

  • Only PDF, PNG and JPEG files are accepted.
  • Large or malformed files are rejected before processing.
  • You can split a longer document into smaller uploads.

05Download the result

Choose XLSX for Excel, CSV for spreadsheets or imports, and JSON for your own integration. Save your corrections before downloading the file.

  • Keep the original document with the export when needed.
  • Return to the document to make a correction and download a new revision.
  • Use the API page when you need automated uploads.

The web app is designed for a person to check the result before using the downloaded table.
