Invoice OCR for PDFs and phone photos

Send a supplier invoice from your downloads folder or camera. Rahunko brings the supplier, invoice number, date, amounts and line items into a table you can review.

Start with your invoice

01Turn an invoice into a table

A line such as Design work · 2 · 125.00 · 250.00 becomes a description, quantity and amount that you can check against the printed line. Invoice fields stay connected to their page.

  • Read supplier, invoice number, date, subtotal, tax and total when visible.
  • Keep line items in page and reading order.
  • Preserve the original wording when a field needs correction.

02Check the details that matter

Glare, folds and small print can make a photo difficult to read. Rahunko marks uncertain text so you can compare it with the invoice before sending the data onward.

  • Check totals only when the required amounts are present.
  • Compare every important amount with the original page.
  • Correct supplier details or line items while the invoice is in front of you.

03Export checked invoice data

Once the invoice looks right, download JSON, CSV or XLSX for your records or spreadsheet. The file contains the values you checked against the original page.

  • PDF, PNG and JPEG files follow the same review flow.
  • Download the result after your corrections.
  • Use the capture flow for a private invoice. The public example uses fictional bank data.
